Michigan High School Players in the NFL Playoff Games, 2017

The NFL enters it's semi-final games this weekend with the NFC being; Green Bay vs. Atlanta and the AFC; New England vs. Pittsburgh.  We'll take a look at the Michigan high school graduates on each team.



NFC:
Green Bay:

Detroit King / USC LB Nick Perry - 5 year pro who is having a career year for the Packers with 52 tackles, 11 sacks, 1 interception, and 4 passes deflected.

Tawas Area / Saginaw Valley State WR Jeff Janis - 3rd year pro who set a career high so far with 11 catches for 93 yards, and 1 touchdown.  Janis also has 2 rushing attempts for 38 yards and 1 touchdown.

Brother Rice / Eastern Michigan OG T.J. Lang - 8 year pro who has been a mainstay starter at Offensive Guard for the Packers.

Traverse City St. Francis / Michigan FB Joe Kerridge - Rookie who was activated from Practice Squad in early November 2016.  Kerridge has 1 rushing attempt for 0 yards in 8 games and 1 tackle on special teams.


AFC:
Pittsburgh:

Clintondale / Central Michigan DE L.T. Walton - 2 year pro who played in 6 games last year and recorded no stats, in his 2nd year has played in 10 games and has 10 tackles and 1 fumble recovery.
