Top 10 Uncommitted Seniors in the Class of 2017

The following list are our top 10 uncommitted players in the Class of 2017 in Michigan.

1. Ann Arbor Pioneer 2017 LB/RB Antjuan Simmons
- The former Ohio State commit, took a visit to Michigan State before he decommitted from OSU.  Simmons is the top OLB prospect on the board anywhere as his relentless style will translate well to college. Simmons held 42 offers around the time he committed to Ohio State nearly a year ago.

2. Southfield 2017 LB Lorenzo McCaskill
- McCaskill soon decommitted from Cincinnati following the departure of Tommy Tuberville.  McCaskill is a skilled and ferocious playmaker on the defensive side of the ball where he fits perfectly as an outside linebacker.  McCaskill holds 12 offers, including one Big 10 school - Purdue.

3. Belleville 2017 S Jordan Ulmer
- Ulmer recently decommitted from Iowa State following offers from Missouri, Minnesota, and Arizona.  Ulmer is a ball hawk and instinctive Safety has had an interesting recruiting process as most his offers came in bulk, 3 in 1 day and 4 in 1 day were his first 7 offers.  Some school will soon be getting a high-level Safety.

4. Brother Rice 2017 TE Carter Dunaway
- The former Michigan commit was injured part of his Senior season, but was active all off-season as he developed his skills even further.  Dunaway held; Nebraska, Purdue, and Indiana offers prior to his decommitment, Nebraska is the only one of those 3 schools who didn't change their head coach since the college football season ended.

5. Detroit Jesuit 2017 ATH Scott Nelson
- Nelson is another player who was injured his Senior season and left some colleges looking elsewhere.  The FS / WR figures to remain somewhere in the Big 10 and we assume with such a late commitment, Nelson has an official visit or two lined up.

6. Country Day 2017 S Chris Bergin
- Bergin is a solid Safety that plays with an edge and good level of fluidity.  Bergin is a solid tackler and good in run support from Safety.  Down the line with his frame, Bergin could easily develop into an OLB.  Bergin's older brother plays at Northwestern and his Dad played at Michigan State, so his knowledge of the game is well above others.  Bergin holds nearly a dozen D1 offers.

7. Dakota 2017 RB/Slot Kaiser Carleton
- Carleton is a 4 year varsity player for the Cougars, who can slip and break away from any would-be-tackler, making it look easy.   Carleton held an early offer from Ohio in February 2015.  Carleton was offered by Eastern Michigan and committed in May 2016, but decommitted by July.  Carleton was recently offered by Toledo.

8. Eisenhower 2017 RB/S Jack Provencher
- Jack Provencher was selected as the Michigan High School Football Offensive Player of the Year in 2016 as the Eagles playmaker was unstoppable in every phase of the game.  Provencher transitioned from Slot to RB in 2016 and it's tough to find a player who was able to make such a flawless transition.  Provencher holds 2 offers from, Saginaw Valley State and Northwood.

9. Chelsea 2017 CB/RB Cameron Cooper
- Behind Chelsea's state title runner-up run in 2015 was an elite playmaker in Cam Cooper.  The Bulldog Athlete can play a variety of positions on the field and has received several FCS offers and an preferred walk-on from Western Michigan.  Cooper is a physical and fluid CB who has potential play right away in college.

10. Bridgeport 2017 DT Javaris Jackson
- Jackson whose high school is a main exit for tourists visiting Frankenmuth brought a lot of attention to him due to his physical presence.  Jackson can cause pressure rushing the quarterback or creating gaps for his linebackers.  Jackson will be one of the most coveted DT's in the next month, he currently holds several NAIA offers.

Muskegon 2017 LB Drew Ward
- Ward is committing on Christmas Day between: Iowa State, Indiana, and Nebraska.
