  • Intangibles:
    • My ability to overcome adversity and see what is required from me as a leader to achieve the goal of the team.  I can lead a team through the most difficult situations and have been called upon to motivate my team when the outcome is known not to be a win.  I push myself harder than anyone pushes me and by doing this my teammates follow and become a closer team.  I would put the size of my heart as the number one reason that I separate myself from others.
  • How I play the game:
    • I play with everything I have and have the ability to adjust and be coached on not only my weaknesses but build upon my strengths.  I have a deep understanding of the game and can make split decisions that have a team focus not a focus on me as an individual player. Playing hard and leaving it all on the field is what I do, not at the end of the game but at the end of every play.  I prefer to hit on defense and when running the ball on the option offense I prefer to deliver the hit rather than run out of bounds or be hit.
  • Outlook on High School Football and it's experiences
    • Ever since I took my first steps or said my first word, athletics, in particular football has been a driving force in my life.  As seasons went by, I started to develop mentally, physically and emotionally into a leader that as given me opportunities to feel success and deal with adversity as I grew as a person, as student and as an athlete.  I have been playing organized sports since I was three and find my love for athletics grows with every season.  I strive not just to be better than my competition; I strive to be better than I was the game before, the day before or the play before.  It’s my heart that has given me the ability to lead so many teams at such a young age in multiple sports.  The ability to not give up when times are hard that gives hope to my teammates.
    • I am a winner, and not only a winner because how many yards I have gained, or my solo tackles, or the score of a game, or the win/loss column but measured by the respect earned from my coaches, players, teachers and my community.  No matter what the situation I am put into a leadership role and I accept and enjoy these situations.  In the past three years, in Middle School and now High School, I have been a voted or Coaches have picked me for Caption of my Football, Basketball and Baseball Teams, because the Players respond to my hustle play and never give up or give in attitude.
    • My drive and heart is not left on the field; I bring it to the class room and into my community.  I am looking for a program that fits with my character and who I am, and one that I can use my abilities best to improve the program.  I have been lucky to be given the athletic ability, the leadership skills and the heart to bring it all together.  I am looking for a University or College that is looking for a person, a student and a player like me.
  • Discuss the potential opportunity or the opportunity of playing on the next level
    • My end game is to be a head football coach at a major university.  My interest to play college football is to fulfill an immediate need of the game I have a passion for but also to get a deep understanding of what it takes to play and excel at the next level.  I prepare physically and mentally for football all season and is something that drives me in school and in life.
